Updates to Processing Times and Shipping

Please be aware as of 1st of September Australia Post is once again raising its prices. We have tried to take on these price increases ourselves for the last 2 years and maintain the $10 flat rate shipping however it is no longer possible. Therefore we have had to increase out shipping to $13.99 flat rate.

We have also had to reconsider shipping fragile items due to many breakages with Aus Post who technically don’t offer a “Fragile service” thus leaving this lil biz out of pocket every time something is broken. Should you choose to order and have something fragile shipped please be aware, that while all precaution is taken on our end should the item be damaged, Australia Post requires you to take the item including all packaging into them to assess and claim for them to refund you. Refunds will only be given on our end should they reject the claim and you have selected additional insurance at checkout.

Lastly please allow up to 14 business days for all orders to be processed and shipped. I endeavour to get your orders out asap however I am just 1 woman also trying to raise my little Rugrats.
